The project story
The 36th Avenue Duet brings two homes together behind a striking shared streetscape. Steep white gables, charcoal cladding and tall black-framed windows give the semi-detached design a distinctive silhouette, while separate entries lend each residence its own sense of arrival. An arched entry on one side adds a memorable architectural detail.
Inside, each home is planned around generous gathering spaces, with kitchen, dining and living areas arranged for an easy flow through the main floor. The upper level creates a quieter retreat, including a primary bedroom with an ensuite. The design also incorporates secondary suites, adding flexibility within the two-home development.
With its crisp palette and carefully balanced facade, this completed and sold project reflects an approach to attached housing that values both individual character and a cohesive whole.
