The Arch House

The project story

The Arch House brings a distinctive silhouette to 72 Street NW. A crisp front gable rises beside a quieter roofline, while a brick-lined arch gives the entrance a memorable sense of arrival. White siding and masonry set against dark trim create a sharp yet welcoming contrast.

Generous, black-framed windows are central to the design. Their rhythm gives the narrow facade depth and draws natural light into the home, while the sheltered doorway and planted frontage add warmth at street level.

Developed as a single residence, the project shows how considered architecture can make a strong impression on a compact urban lot. Its clean material palette and carefully composed front elevation have become part of Baadani Development’s completed portfolio.
