The project story
The 32nd Avenue Collection brings a confident contemporary presence to a Calgary streetscape. Six homes are composed as one cohesive development, with sculpted charcoal facades, slim vertical windows and contrasting light-toned forms that give the building its distinctive rhythm.
Each home has its own street-facing entrance, lending the collection a sense of individuality within a unified design. Stepped rooflines, recessed doorways and carefully placed glazing add depth to the exterior, while the landscaped frontage creates a welcoming transition from sidewalk to home.
The plans pair multi-level living with separate lower-level suite layouts, making thoughtful use of an urban site. The result is a compact residential community with a strong architectural identity and a lasting contribution to the neighbourhood.
